Insurance

Payment for services is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.

However, we will be happy to assist you with your insurance claims either by processing them electronically or sending them by regular mail for you. To avoid misunderstandings regarding dental insurance, we want our patients to know that all professional services rendered are charged directly to the patient and that patients are personally responsible for payment of fees. We will prepare necessary forms or predeterminations to help you obtain your benefits from the insurance company. We communicate with your insurance company as a courtesy. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with details regarding your policy’s coverage, including annual limits. Insurance companies do not supply us with that information. We are happy to advise you as to what questions to ask your insurance company.

Appointments

Our receptionists will attempt to schedule appointments that are most convenient for you and that fit your personal schedule. You can help by scheduling your appointments when you are certain that you will be able to come. If you ever find that you cannot keep your appointment, we request that you let us know as far in advance as possible. We ask for a minimum of two business days notice, or a missed appointment fee will apply. Once an appointment is made please remember that this time has been reserved for you. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
